Phase 3: Maintenance

Every diet must have a beginning and an end. Phase 3 is the maintenance or “lifestyle plan.” This phase teaches you to enjoy the freedom of eating your favorite foods while maintaining your new shape!

Phase 3 is to be followed for up to 12 months. We believe there is a difference in being on a diet and living a lifestyle. Phase 3 teaches you how to balance real life and avoid regaining weight.
