I had a child in 2011. I was on bed rest and gained 80 lbs. I had always hovered around 128/130 without really trying very hard, so to be 200 lbs when my son was born via c section was alarming. I figured, no big deal though I will bounce back in no time. Well, my son was 2 and a half and I still had 50 lbs to lose. I was so depressed. I’m a personal trainer and I was working out and I had no energy and felt horrible. I was introduced to Julianna and the ideal protein method in February 2014. By May 1 of 2014 I was wearing size 4 jeans. I swear !

The constant guidance of the counselors is a huge help and you are able to vent any frustrations you may have , and ask for guidance and they are
really supportive and actually helpful. This program saved me mentally, physically and I was absorbing more nutrients with the ideal protein food and I felt like I had more energy. If you’re a chocolate lover like me all the yummy chocolate shakes and puddings will make you feel like you are not deprived of things you enjoy. It’s life changing. Really.
