About BioIntelligent Wellness
Our programs are based on the latest cutting-edge innovations in human biochemistry and exercise physiology research. The nutritional component of our programs focuses on choosing the right foods, in the right proportions as fuel, and the powerful effect that food has on the body as a whole: energy level, weight management, and performance.
Unlike traditional programs, our lifestyle approach does not advocate the outdated paradigms of roller coaster of “dieting” or generic fitness plans. Instead, the program provides the client individualized programs based on facts, stats, and figures unique to them and their lifestyle. Our philosophy is very clear, effective, and is sustainable long-term because it’s centered on the client.
Our programs’ success is measured in terms of long term and maintained improvement in health symptoms with accompanying weight loss (or gain) if needed. Subjectively measurable indicators include energy levels, mental clarity, sense of well-being, happiness, and strength.
Typically, our personalized programs consist of multiple private and/or group sessions that focus on the client’s unique needs and life situation. We will work directly with you and any related health professionals on your team to design and execute personalized programs, based on current health conditions, needs, and goals. The programs are designed to integrate seamlessly with additional medical services, diagnostics, and treatment if needed.

When Anne came to BioIntelligent Wellness, Julianna asked me what I had been different since the move… she explained her confusion about the weight gain, as she was eating less and working out more. The only one of three siblings to struggle with weight issues, her mom always reassured her that it was baby fat and she would lose it as she grew. After so many years of being overweight, the baby fat answer wasn't so reassuring anymore.
Moving from West Virginia to California Deb experienced major culture shock! Not only were people encouraging her to lose weight, but they would say, “You would be so pretty if you lost weight.” That made her feel even worse.
Fast forward to 2011, she moved to San Diego and was introduced to the Ideal Protein weight loss program.
Still skeptical, she gave it a shot, because she was tired of doing the yo-yo diets, starving herself, and having no direction. She was spending money on other programs and seeing some results, but then gaining the weight back as soon as she stopped the program.

She tried many fad diets such as the cabbage soup diet, Phentermine, and HcG. Some of the diets worked at first, but inevitably, she would gain the weight back, and often gained even more back.
In 2011, Donna found BioIntelligent Wellness and Julianna as her nutritionist. They worked on her weight and she started losing, slowly and with quite a bit of effort. Then she was introduced to Ideal Protein. Suddenly the weight came off easier than it had in the past. Her body was becoming something she didn't recognize: slim and toned!!

Cat has carried these practices into adulthood, where leading a healthy lifestyle is a very important part of her daily life. She still tries to eat mostly organic and regularly sees an Acupuncturist, Chiropractor, and Intuitive Energy Practitioner.
After having a career as an Event Planner for the past 7 years, she has decided to follow her passion for holistic wellness and start taking courses to become certified in Whole Food Nutrition Counseling and Herbology.
She is very excited to learn more about the field and apply it to her own life and aid in others well being. Her passion for wellness aside, In her spare time she can be found by the beach or sailing with friends. She also greatly enjoys to cook and host dinner parties. Cat loves her life on the West Coast, is excited for her future here.

Like many people, Danielle has been overweight since she can remember. Having been raised with two opposite eating habits Danielle choose the one that gave her the most comfort. This comfort came at a cost however, every weight-loss method her parents could try.
