You will meet with your coach once a week for 20 minutes, complete a BCA reading, review your journal and losses, discuss the upcoming week and create strategies for success and pick out foods for the following week. These visits may also be held virtually to accommodate your busy life and schedule. Our coaches are available between 6am and 8pm for coaching visits.
