Phase 2 is to be followed for two weeks after the goal weight is reached. Phase 2 replaces one of the Ideal Protein packets with additional protein and the second half focuses on reintroducing carbohydrates. The approved vegetables and unlimited select vegetables remain the same and one to two Ideal Protein packets. As you transition through each phase, we will be replacing Ideal Protein foods with regular foods, so you are educated and positioned to be successful in controlling your diet after the three phases.
