
Air Fryer Chicken Patties
Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside — these air-fried chicken patties are pure perfection.
Allowed for Ideal Protein phases 1 to 3.

Ingredients
- 18 oz. Ground Chicken
- 3 tbsp. Fresh Coriander
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp. Onion Powder
- To taste Salt and Pepper
- ½ tbsp. Oil (for Greasing)

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, fresh coriander, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Step 3
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions.
Step 4
Shape each portion into a round patty, about ½ inch thick.
Step 5
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
Step 6
Lightly grease the air fryer basket with the oil.
Step 7
Place the patties in the basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not touching.
Step 8
Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the patties are golden brown and cooked through.
Step 9
Remove from the air fryer and serve. Enjoy!
