Apple Cider and Herb Vinaigrette

A vibrant vinaigrette made with apple cider vinegar, fresh herbs, and a touch of Dijon for a light, zesty finish on fresh salads.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Pinch Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tsp. Favorite Dried Herbs (such as oregano, thyme, or basil)
  • ½ tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • Sea Salt, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, add apple cider vinegar and Dijon mustard. Whisk together until combined.

Step 2

Add olive oil and whisk until the dressing begins to emulsify.

Step 3

Stir in red pepper flakes and dried herbs.

Step 4

Season with sea salt to taste and mix well.

Step 5

Drizzle over salads or vegetables and serve immediately.
