Asian Marinade

Bold, zesty, and versatile — this simple marinade infuses dishes with classic Asian-inspired flavors.

Allowed for Ideal Protein phases 1 to 3.

  • 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp. Tamari or Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. Fresh Ginger, grated
  • 2 tsp. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • Stevia, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, tamari (or soy sauce), apple cider vinegar, grated ginger, and olive oil.

Step 2

Stir until well blended and smooth.

Step 3

Taste the marinade and add stevia gradually until your preferred sweetness is reached.

Step 4

Use immediately to marinate proteins or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
