
Asparagus Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Juicy chicken breasts filled with tender asparagus and Italian seasoning, finished with a balsamic glaze for a flavor-packed, elegant dish!

- 2 lb. Boneless Chicken Breasts
- ¼ tsp. Salt
- ¼ tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
- 12 Asparagus
- ¼ cup Walden Farms Balsamic Vinegar
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tsp. Garlic, Mince

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
Slice each chicken breast lengthwise to create a pocket, but don’t cut all the way through.
Step 3
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Step 4
Place 2 asparagus spears inside each chicken breast and secure with toothpicks.
Step 5
In a small bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and minced garlic.
Step 6
Brush the mixture over the stuffed chicken breasts.
Step 7
Heat a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken for 2 minutes on each side.
Step 8
Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
Step 9
Remove toothpicks before serving.
