Balsamic Mushrooms
Garlic-sautéed mushrooms finished with a splash of balsamic for a rich, savory side with deep flavor.
Allowed for Ideal Protein phases 1 to 3.

Ingredients
- 4 cups Mushrooms (Button or Cremini), sliced
- 2 tsp. Olive Oil
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 2 tsp. Ideal Protein Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- Optional: Chopped Fresh Parsley, for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
Add sliced mushrooms and cook 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they release moisture and begin to brown.
Step 3
Add minced garlic and sauté 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
Step 4
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
