
Cabbage and Eggs
Simple, satisfying, and nutrient-packed — this quick cabbage and egg stir-fry makes for a fuss-free, healthy meal in under 10 minutes.
Allowed for Ideal Protein phases 1 to 3.

Ingredients
- 2 tsp. Olive Oil
- 1 Garlic Clove, Minced
- 1 cup Cabbage, Finely shredded and lightly packed
- 2 Large Eggs, Lightly beaten
- Salt and Pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Step 2
Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet.
Step 3
Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes, until it softens slightly but retains texture.
Step 4
Push the cabbage to the side and pour in the beaten eggs.
Step 5
Let them sit for a few seconds, then scramble and mix with the cabbage.
Step 6
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7
Cook for another minute until eggs are fully set. Serve warm.
