
Canned Tuna Burgers
A quick, protein-packed meal with pantry staples—crispy outside, tender inside!

Ingredients
- 2 Cans (5 oz.) Tuna in Water, Drained
- 2 tbsp. Approved Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 2 tsp. Fresh Garlic, Minced
- 2 Large Eggs, Lightly Beaten
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ÂĽ tsp. Black Pepper
- ½ cup Fresh Parsley, Chopped (or Cilantro)
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil

Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, eggs, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix until evenly blended.
Step 2
Shape the mixture into 4 small patties or 2 large ones, depending on your preference.
Step 3
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Step 4
Place the patties in the hot pan and cook for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and firm.
