
Cherry Pepper Spread
A bold, and tangy spread bursting with sweet cherry tomatoes, roasted peppers, and fresh basil—perfect for dipping, spreading, or drizzling!
Allowed for Ideal Protein phases 1 to 3.

Ingredients
- ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 12 Garlic Cloves, Chopped
- 2 Large Red Bell Peppers, Sliced
- 5 Large Pickled Cherry Peppers, (Seeded and Stems Removed, Chopped)
- 3 Pints Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
- ¼ cup Basil Hand Torn
- To taste Salt and Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Step 2
Add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Step 3
Stir in the sliced red bell peppers and cherry peppers, cooking for about 5 minutes until softened.
Step 4
Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Remove from heat and stir in the torn basil.
Step 7
Let cool slightly before serving as a spread or dip.
