
Chicken Veggie Nuggets
Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside — these protein-packed nuggets sneak in veggies for a tasty and nutritious bite.
Allowed for Ideal Protein phases 1 to 3.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground Chicken
- 1 cup Zucchini, Grated
- 1 cup Red Bell Pepper, Grated
- ½ cup Spinach, Finely Chopped
- ¼ tsp. Paprika
- ½ tsp. Onion Powder
- ½ tbsp. Italian Seasoning
- ½ tsp. Garlic Powder
- ¾ tsp. Kosher Salt
- To taste Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp. Oil

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix well the ground chicken, zucchini, red bell pepper, spinach, and all seasonings.
Step 2
Form the mixture into small nugget-shaped patties using your hands or a spoon.
Step 3
Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Step 4
Cook the nuggets in batches for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully cooked through.
Step 5
Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate.
Step 6
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
