
Chili Lime Cauliflower
Roasted cauliflower with a smoky, spicy kick, finished with fresh lime for a zesty, addictive bite!

Ingredients
- 4 Cups Cauliflower, (Cut into small florets)
- 1 tbsp. Oil
- ¼ tsp. Fine Sea Salt
- 1 tsp. Ancho Chili Powder
- 1 tsp. Smoked Paprika
- ½ tsp. Onion Powder
- ½ tsp. Garlic Powder
- ⅛ to ¼ tsp. Cayenne Pepper (adjust for spice level)
- 1 Green Onion, Finely Sliced
- 2 Lime Wedges

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2
In a bowl, toss cauliflower florets with oil, salt, chili powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
Step 3
Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Step 4
Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway, until tender and slightly crispy.
Step 5
Sprinkle with sliced green onions and squeeze fresh lime juice over the top.
