Cilantro Lime Hearts of Palm Rice

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. Hearts of Palm Rice (Palmini)
  • 1 tsp. Avocado Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Lime Juice
  • ¼ cup Cilantro, Minced
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In a skillet over medium heat, warm the avocado oil.

Step 2

Add the hearts of palm rice and sauté for 3–5 minutes until heated through.

Step 3

Stir in the lime juice, minced cilantro, salt, and pepper.

Step 4

Mix well and serve warm as a refreshing side dish. Enjoy!
