
Cilantro Lime Hearts of Palm Rice

Ingredients
- 12 oz. Hearts of Palm Rice (Palmini)
- 1 tsp. Avocado Oil
- 1 tbsp. Lime Juice
- ¼ cup Cilantro, Minced
- Salt and Pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
In a skillet over medium heat, warm the avocado oil.
Step 2
Add the hearts of palm rice and sauté for 3–5 minutes until heated through.
Step 3
Stir in the lime juice, minced cilantro, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Mix well and serve warm as a refreshing side dish. Enjoy!
