Dill Cucumber Salad

A light, refreshing cucumber salad with tangy vinegar, sweet dill, and a touch of sweetness — crisp, simple, and perfect for any meal.

  • 4 cups Cucumbers, cut into ⅛-inch slices
  • ½ cup Red Onion, cut into thin slices
  • 3 tbsp. Freshly Dill, chopped
  • ⅓ cup Vinegar
  • 1½ tbsp. Truvia
  • 1¼ tsp. Coarse Kosher Sea Salt

Preparation

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine cucumber slices, red onion, and fresh dill.

Step 2

In a separate small bowl, whisk together vinegar, Truvia, and salt until the sweetener and salt are dissolved.

Step 3

Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss gently to combine.

Step 4

Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
