Garlic Aioli

Creamy, tangy, and full of garlic flavor — this simple aioli makes the perfect dipping sauce or spread.

Allowed for Ideal Protein phases 1 to 3.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Large Egg Yolk
  • 1 cup Oil
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • 2 tbsp. Juice of Lemon

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, whisk together garlic, Dijon mustard, and egg yolk until smooth.

Step 2

Slowly drizzle in oil while whisking continuously to form a thick, creamy emulsion.

Step 3

Add salt and lemon juice, whisk again until fully blended.

Step 4

Taste and adjust seasoning as desired. Serve chilled.
