Garlic Aioli

Ingredients
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 Large Egg Yolk
- 1 cup Oil
- ½ tsp. Salt
- 2 tbsp. Juice of Lemon

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together garlic, Dijon mustard, and egg yolk until smooth.
Step 2
Slowly drizzle in oil while whisking continuously to form a thick, creamy emulsion.
Step 3
Add salt and lemon juice, whisk again until fully blended.
Step 4
Taste and adjust seasoning as desired. Serve chilled.
