Garlic Roasted Poblano Peppers

Smoky, tender, and infused with garlic flavor — a simple roasted poblano side that pairs perfectly with any main dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 Poblano Pepper
  • Olive Oil, for brushing
  • 1 tsp. Garlic, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.

Step 2

Brush the poblano pepper lightly with olive oil and place it on the baking sheet.

Step 3

Roast for 15–20 minutes, turning halfway through, until the skin is blistered and slightly charred.

Step 4

Remove from oven, cover with foil, and let rest 5 minutes to steam. Then peel off the charred skin.

Step 5

Slice the pepper, sprinkle with chopped garlic, and toss lightly with olive oil.
