Garlic Turkey and Cauliflower

Garlic‑sautéed turkey and tender cauliflower coated in a rich soy–sesame sauce for a hearty, flavor‑packed dish.

Allowed for Ideal Protein phases 1 to 3.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 8 cups Cauliflower florets, precooked
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1½ tbsp. Oil
  • 2 tbsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp. Onion Powder
  • ¼ cup Low-sodium Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Hot Sauce
  • 2 tsp. Sesame Oil
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) Water
  • Fresh Chopped Parsley, for garnish
  • Red Chili Pepper Flakes, to taste
  • Lemon Slices, for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Add ground turkey and cook for 5–6 minutes, breaking it apart with a spoon until browned and fully cooked.

Step 3

Add minced garlic and cook for 30–60 seconds until fragrant.

Step 4

Stir in onion powder, soy sauce, hot sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice, and water. Mix well.

Step 5

Add precooked cauliflower florets and toss to coat with the sauce. Cook for 3–4 minutes until heated through.

Step 6

Sprinkle with red chili pepper flakes and garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices.

Step 7

Serve warm.
