- 3 cups Green Cabbage, Shredded
- 8 oz. Ground Chicken
- 2 tbsp. Shallot, Diced
- ½ tbsp. Olive Oil
- ½ cup Red Bell Pepper, Grated
- 1 tsp. Sweet Paprika
- 4 tsp. Tomato Paste
- ¾ cup Chicken Broth
- Salt, to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste
- Chopped Parsley (for Garnish)
- 1 cup Cauliflower Rice, Cooked

Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
Sauté the diced shallots until translucent.
Step 3
Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
Step 4
Stir in paprika, tomato paste, and grated red bell pepper.
Step 5
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a light simmer.
Step 6
Add shredded cabbage, stir, and cook until tender and flavors meld (about 8–10 minutes).

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve warm over cauliflower rice, garnished with chopped parsley.
