Herbed Cauliflower Rice
Light, fragrant, and full of fresh herbs — this cauliflower rice brings vibrant flavor and guilt-free satisfaction to any meal.

Ingredients
- 6 cups Cauliflower Rice or Grated
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2 Garlic Cloves, Grated
- 3 tbsp. Chopped Dill, plus more for garnish
- 2 tbsp. Minced Chives, plus more for garnish
- 1 tbsp. Finely Chopped Flat-Leaf Parsley, plus more for garnish
- Kosher Salt, to taste
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
Add grated garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Step 3
Add cauliflower rice and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Sauté for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender but not mushy.
Step 5
Remove from heat and stir in dill, chives, and parsley. Toss well to combine.
Step 6
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Garnish with extra herbs before serving.
