
Italian Pan Fried Tomatoes
Juicy, golden-seared tomatoes infused with garlic, basil, and oregano for a burst of rustic Italian flavor!

Ingredients
- 8 Plums Tomatoes (Sliced lengthwise)
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- 1 tsp. Basil
- ¼ tsp. Salt
- 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 2 Rosemary Sprigs (Leaves removed and chopped)
- Fresh Basil, Chopped (For garnish)

Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Step 2
Add minced garlic and chopped rosemary, sautéing for 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 3
Place the sliced tomatoes in the pan, cut side down. Cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.
Step 4
Flip the tomatoes, sprinkle with oregano, basil, and salt. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil.
Step 6
Serve warm and enjoy!
