Ingredients
- 4 Jalapeno Peppers
- ¼ cup Lime Juice
- 4 Cloves Garlic, Peeled
- 1 tbsp. Dried Oregano
- 1 tbsp. Coarse Salt
- 1 tsp. Cracked Black Pepper
- 16 oz. Top Sirloin Steak

Preparation
Step 1
Blend the jalapeños, lime juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper into a smooth paste.
Step 2
Coat the steak with the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for extra flavor).
Step 3
Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Grill or pan-sear the steak for 4-5 minutes per side or longer as desired.
Step 5
Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
