Lemon Pepper Steak
Tender flank steak infused with zesty lemon and cracked pepper for a bold yet simple dish that delivers big flavor.

Ingredients
- 1½ lbs. Flank Steak
- 2 tbsp. Oil
- 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp. Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 1 tsp. Garlic Salt

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper seasoning, and garlic salt to create a marinade.
Step 2
Place flank steak in a shallow dish and rub the marinade evenly over both sides. Let marinate for 15–20 minutes.
Step 3
Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Cook steak 4–6 minutes per side, depending on thickness and desired doneness.
Step 5
Remove steak from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Slice thinly against the grain and serve. Enjoy!
