
Mahi-Mahi Lettuce Wraps
Crisp, protein-packed bites drizzled with chili-lime mayo and bursting with fresh veggies!

Ingredients
- 4 (4 oz.) Pieces Mahi-Mahi
- 2 Radishes
- 2 Persian Cucumbers
- 1 Small Red Onion
- 1½ tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 1–2 tsp. Chili Powder
- 2 tsp. Fresh Lime Juice
- Butter Lettuce Leaves (for wrapping)
- Olive Oil, for cooking
- Fresh Cilantro, for garnish
- Salt and Pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, chili powder, and lime juice. Set aside.
Step 2
Thinly slice radishes, cucumbers, and red onion. Rinse and pat dry butter lettuce and cilantro.
Step 3
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Step 4
Season mahi-mahi fillets with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Cook for 3–4 minutes per side, or until fish is opaque and flakes easily.
Step 6
Remove from heat and let rest slightly, then flake into chunks.
Step 7
Place butter lettuce leaves on a plate.
Step 8
Fill each with chunks of mahi mahi, sliced vegetables, a drizzle of chili-lime mayo, and fresh cilantro.
