  • 2 tbsp Ideal Protein Maple Syrup
  • 4 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 4 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Fresh Cracked Black Pepper (Optional)

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl or mason jar, combine maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar.

Step 2

Slowly whisk in the olive oil until the mixture is emulsified and smooth.

Step 3

Stir in sea salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste.

Step 4

Taste and adjust seasoning, if needed.

Step 5

Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
