Oven Roasted Cod
Oven-roasted cod finished with a touch of olive oil for a clean, tender dish that highlights its natural flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Cod Fillets
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
Step 2
Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
Step 3
Place cod fillets in the dish and brush with remaining olive oil.
Step 4
Season evenly with salt and black pepper.
Step 5
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cod flakes easily with a fork.
Step 6
Remove from oven and serve immediately. Enjoy!
