
Roasted Balsamic Asparagus
Simple, crisp-tender asparagus roasted with a tangy balsamic glaze and light seasoning.
Allowed for Ideal Protein phases 1 to 3.

Ingredients
- 4 cups Asparagus
- 2 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tsp. Ideal Protein Balsamic Vinegar
- ¼ tsp. Salt
- ¼ tsp. Black Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).
Step 2
Rinse asparagus, pat dry, and trim off 1–2 inches from the ends.
Step 3
Arrange asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet or dish.
Step 4
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, flipping once to coat lightly.
Step 5
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Bake for 7–10 minutes, until asparagus is tender-crisp with lightly browned tips.
Step 7
Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy warm.
