
Salmon Salad with Capers, Dill and Lemon

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Fresh Parsley, Finely Chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh Dill, Finely chopped
- ¼ cup Approved Mayonnaise
- 1 Lemon, Zested and Juiced
- 4 (5-oz) Cans Wild Salmon, Drained
- 2 Celery Stalks, Finely chopped
- ½ Small Red Onion, Minced
- ¼ cup Capers, Minced
- Freshly Cracked Black Pepper, to Taste
- Kosher Salt, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Stir in celery, red onion, and minced capers.
Step 3
Gently mix in the drained salmon, breaking it up slightly while keeping some chunks.
Step 4
