Shrimp and Bean Sprout Stir Fry

Juicy shrimp and crisp bean sprouts tossed in a savory garlic-soy sauce for a fresh, speedy, and satisfying stir-fry.

Ingredients

  • ½ tbsp. Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 6 Medium Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups Bean Sprouts
  • 4 tbsp. Water
  • 1 tbsp. Light Soy Sauce
  • 4 Green Onions, sliced into 1-inch pieces

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Add minced garlic and sauté for 20–30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 3

Add shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and just cooked through.

Step 4

Add bean sprouts, water, and soy sauce. Stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until sprouts are tender but still crisp.

Step 5

Add green onions, toss briefly, and remove from heat.

Step 6

Serve immediately while hot.
