Simple Pan Seared Brussel Sprouts
Golden, crispy Brussels sprouts cooked simply to highlight their natural, wholesome flavor.
Allowed for Ideal Protein phases 1 to 3.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. Oil
- 4 cups Small Brussels Sprouts, ends trimmed and halved through the core
- 1 tsp. Coarse Salt

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Add Brussels sprouts cut-side down in a single layer.
Step 3
Cook 5–6 minutes without stirring until deeply golden and crisp.
Step 4
Stir and cook another 2–3 minutes until tender.
Step 5
Season with coarse salt and remove from heat.
Step 6
Serve immediately while hot. Enjoy!
