
Smoked Salmon Nori Wrap
Delicate smoked salmon, crunchy vegetables, and a hint of sesame oil wrapped in nori — a satisfying, low-carb meal.
Allowed for Ideal Protein phases 1 to 3.

Ingredients
- 6 oz. Smoked Salmon, sliced into thin strips
- 1 cup Small English Cucumbers, cut into matchsticks
- 3 Green Onions, cut into long strips
- ½ cup Roasted Red Peppers, sliced into thin strips
- 2 Full Nori Seaweed Sheets
- 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
- Soy Sauce or Gluten-Free Tamari with Wasabi (Optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Lay the nori sheets on a clean, flat surface. Drizzle a small amount of sesame oil over the nori.
Step 2
Arrange smoked salmon, cucumbers, green onions, and roasted red peppers across the center of each nori sheet.
Step 3
Carefully roll the nori sheets around the fillings, tightly but not too tight to avoid breaking the nori.
Step 4
Seal the edge of the roll by moistening it with a little water.
Step 5
Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces.
Step 6
Serve with soy sauce or tamari and wasabi (if desired) for dipping. Enjoy!
