
Soy Ginger Salmon
Tender salmon fillets marinated in soy, ginger, and garlic — simple, flavorful, and ready in minutes!
Allowed for Ideal Protein phases 1 to 3.

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. Low-sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Vinegar
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 tsp. Grated Fresh Ginger
- 1 tsp. Ideal Protein Maple Syrup
- ½ tsp. Garlic-chili Paste or Sriracha (or ¼ Tsp Red Pepper Flakes)
- 1 lb Skin-on Salmon Fillet, Cut Into 3–4 Portions
- 2 tsp. Oil
- Chopped Green Onions, for Serving

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger, maple syrup, and chili paste or red pepper flakes to make the marinade.
Step 2
Place salmon portions in a shallow dish. Pour marinade over the salmon, cover, and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.
Step 3
Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Step 4
Remove salmon from marinade. Place skin-side down in the skillet.
Step 5
Cook for 4–5 minutes, then flip and cook another 3–4 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
Step 6
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot. Enjoy!
