
Spiced Cauliflower
Roasted cauliflower florets seasoned with paprika, turmeric, and cumin, finished with a burst of lemon and fresh cilantro for a bold and flavorful side dish.
Allowed for Ideal Protein phases 1 to 3.

- 4 Cups Cauliflower Florets
- 2 Tsp. Olive Oil
- ½ Tsp. Smoked Paprika
- ¼ Tsp. Ground Turmeric
- ¼ Tsp. Ground Cumin
- ¼ Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
- ½ Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh Cilantro
- To Taste Salt and Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Place the cauliflower florets on a baking sheet (lined with aluminum foil for easy clean-up).
Step 2
Toss the cauliflower with the olive oil and spices (including salt and pepper) until well coated.
Step 3
Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping the cauliflower halfway, until browned and tender.
Step 4
After removing the cauliflower from the oven, top with lemon juice and cilantro. Season with additional salt and pepper if you like. Best served immediately.
