
Spicy Chicken and Hearts of Palm Noodles
A fiery, low-carb noodle dish with tender ground chicken and bold, spicy flavors that will keep you coming back for more.

Ingredients
- 12 oz. Hearts of Palm Noodles
- 8 oz. Ground Chicken
- 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
- 3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 1 tbsp. Grated Ginger
- ¼ cup Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Sambal Oelek, or Sriracha
- Scallions for Garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
Step 2
Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 3
Add ground chicken and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
Step 4
Stir in soy sauce and sambal oelek (or sriracha), mixing well.
Step 5
Add hearts of palm noodles and toss until heated through and well coated with the sauce.
Step 6
Garnish with chopped scallions and serve hot. Enjoy!
