Ingredients
- 16 oz. Cooked Chicken, Chopped
- 3 Green Onions, Thinly Sliced
- 1 Celery Stalk, Chopped
- ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
- ½ cup Approved Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. Water
- 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp. Homemade Sriracha Sauce
- To taste Salt and Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, add chopped cooked chicken, sliced green onions, chopped celery stalks, and fresh chopped cilantro.
Step 2
In a separate small bowl, whisk together approved mayonnaise, water, lemon juice, and Sriracha.
Step 3
Pour the spicy dressing over the chicken mixture.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Toss until everything is well coated and creamy.
