
Spicy Tomato Sauce
A bold and zesty sauce bursting with roasted cherry tomatoes and jalapeño heat—perfect for drizzling, dipping, or layering!

Ingredients
- 4 cups Cherry Tomatoes, Stems Removed
- 2 Jalapeño Peppers, Seeds Removed and Halved
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- ½ tsp. Onion Powder
- ⅓ cup Fresh Basil
- Salt and Pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2
Spread cherry tomatoes, jalapeños, and garlic on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Transfer roasted ingredients to a blender or food processor.
Step 4
Add onion powder, fresh basil, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 6
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Step 7
