
Spinach Turkey Patties
Moist and flavorful turkey patties blended with fresh spinach and savory seasonings — a perfect protein-rich dish.

- 1 lb. Ground Lean Turkey
- 1 Large Egg, Lightly Beaten
- 1 tbsp. Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- 2 cups Fresh Baby Spinach Leaves, Finely Chopped
- To taste Salt

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, beaten egg, low sodium soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and chopped spinach.
Step 2
Season with salt to taste and mix until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
Step 3
Form the mixture into equal-sized patties.
Step 4
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Optionally, coat lightly with cooking spray.
Step 5
Cook the patties for 4–5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and fully cooked through.
