Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cherry Tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 1 (15 oz.) can Hearts of Palm, drained and sliced into ¼-inch rings
  • ½ cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Italian Parsley, chopped
  • Ideal Protein Balsamic Dressing, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, add cherry tomatoes, hearts of palm, red onion, and parsley.

Step 2

Drizzle with Ideal Protein balsamic dressing and gently toss until evenly coated.

Step 3

Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy immediately!
