
Tomato Basil Vinaigrette
A light, zesty dressing made with fresh tomatoes and herbs — perfect for drizzling over salads

Ingredients
- ½ cup Tomatoes, Chopped
- 2 tbsp. White Vinegar
- ½ tsp. Dried Basil
- ½ tsp. Dried Thyme
- ½ tsp. Dijon Mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Place the chopped tomatoes in a blender or food processor.
Step 2
Add the white vinegar, dried basil, dried thyme, and dijon mustard.
Step 3
Blend until smooth and well combined.
Step 4
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
