Tomato Herb Vinaigrette
A smooth tomato-herb vinaigrette with vibrant tang and savory depth, ideal for salads or roasted vegetables.
Allowed for Ideal Protein phases 1 to 3.

- 1 tbsp. Tomato Paste
- 2 tbsp. Vinegar
- ½ tsp. Dried Basil
- ½ tsp. Dried Oregano
- ¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
- ¼ tsp. Powdered Stevia
- ¼ tsp. Salt
- ¼ tsp. Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
- 6 tbsp. Olive Oil

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together tomato paste and vinegar until smooth.
Step 2
Add dried basil, dried oregano, garlic powder, stevia, salt, and black pepper. Whisk to combine.
Step 3
Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking continuously until the vinaigrette is well emulsified.
Step 4
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Step 5
Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
