Ingredients

  • 1 Celery Stalk, Chopped
  • 2 Hard-boiled Eggs, Chopped
  • 1 Can Tuna, Drained
  • 2 Tsp Approved Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tsp Mustard
  • Lettuce Leaves

Preparation

Step 1 

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped celery, chopped hard-boiled eggs, and drained tuna.

Step 2

Add the mayonnaise to the mixture and stir until everything is evenly combined.

Step 3

Wash and pat dry the lettuce leaves. Use sturdy leaves like romaine or butter lettuce.

Step 4

Spoon the tuna and egg salad mixture into the center of each lettuce leaf.

Step 5
