
Tuna Nori Wrap
Sushi-style flavor, zero fuss — spicy tuna and crisp veggies wrapped in seaweed for the perfect protein-packed bite!

Ingredients
- 1 Can Tuna, Drained
- 2 tsp. Approved Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Sriracha
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp. Lemon Juice
- 2 Large Pieces of Nori
- 6 Slices Cucumber, Julienned
- 6 Slices Red Pepper, Julienned
- 2 Spoonfuls Pickled Red Onion
- 1 Green Onion, Chopped
- To taste Salt and Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix the drained tuna with mayonnaise, sriracha, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
Step 2
Lay out the two nori sheets on a clean, flat surface.
Step 3
Spoon half the tuna mixture onto each sheet, spreading it evenly in a horizontal line near the bottom edge.
Step 4
Top each with cucumber slices, red pepper slices, pickled red onion, and chopped green onion.
Step 5
Carefully roll each nori sheet tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
Step 6
Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.
