Tuna Radish Salad

Flaky tuna tossed with crisp vegetables and peppery radishes in a bright, tangy salad that’s light and refreshing.

Allowed for Ideal Protein phases 1 to 3.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. canned Tuna in water, drained
  • 1 cup Radicchio, diced
  • 1 cup Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Red Radishes, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Olive oil
  • Sea Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • ½ tsp. dried Basil

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, add the drained tuna and gently flake it with a fork.

Step 2

Add radicchio, tomatoes, and sliced radishes to the bowl.

Step 3

Drizzle with apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and olive oil.

Step 4

Season with sea salt, pepper, and dried basil.

Step 5

Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
