Turmeric Chicken
Bright, aromatic turmeric chicken infused with lemon, garlic, and warm spices — vibrant, nourishing, and full of bold flavor.

Ingredients
- ½ cup Lemon Juice
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tsp. Turmeric
- ½ tsp. Red Chili Flakes
- 1 tbsp. Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- Pinch Saffron
- 2 lbs. Skinless, Boneless Chicken
- 1 Shallot, sliced
- 2 Garlic Cloves, smashed and peeled
- ¼ cup Chopped Parsley, for serving
- 1 Lemon, cut into wedges

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, turmeric, red chili flakes, salt, black pepper, and saffron.
Step 2
Add chicken, sliced shallot, and garlic to the marinade. Toss well to coat. Let marinate for 20–30 minutes.
Step 3
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken along with the marinade.
Step 4
Cook chicken 6–7 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through.
Step 5
Remove from heat and let rest for 2–3 minutes.
Step 6
Serve garnished with chopped parsley and lemon wedges. Enjoy!
