
Turmeric Egg Spinach Scramble
Golden, fluffy eggs meet earthy turmeric and fresh spinach for a quick, nourishing breakfast.

Ingredients
- 3 Large Eggs
- 2 cups Raw Baby Spinach
- 2 tsp. Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. Turmeric Powder
- Salt and Pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Crack eggs into a bowl. Add turmeric, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Step 3
Add spinach and sauté for 1–2 minutes until wilted.
Step 4
Pour egg mixture over the spinach.
Step 5
Stir gently with a spatula, cooking until eggs are just set but still soft and fluffy.
Step 6
Transfer to a plate and enjoy warm as a protein-packed breakfast.
