White Fish Salad

A fresh and smoky twist on classic seafood salad, loaded with creamy mayo, crisp celery, and zesty lemon!

Allowed for Ideal Protein phases 1 to 3.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Smoked Whitefish
  • ¼ cup Approved Mayonnaise
  • 2 Stalks Celery, Finely Chopped
  • ¼ cup Fresh Dill, Finely Chopped
  • 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice, Freshly Squeezed

Preparation

Step 1

Remove the skin and bones from the smoked whitefish.

Step 2

Flake the fish into small pieces using a fork.

Step 3

In a large bowl, combine the flaked fish, mayonnaise, celery, dill, and lemon juice.

Step 4

Mix well and taste. Adjust seasoning if needed with more lemon juice or dill.

Step 5

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavors.
