
Zucchini and Egg Scramble
Light, fluffy eggs meet tender zucchini for a quick, healthy, and protein-packed start to your day.

Ingredients
- 2 tsp. Olive Oil
- 2 cups Zucchini, sliced or shredded
- 3 Eggs, beaten
- Salt and Pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
In a non-stick skillet, warm olive oil over medium heat.
Step 2
Add zucchini and sauté for 3–4 minutes, or until tender.
Step 3
Pour in beaten eggs, stirring gently to combine with zucchini.
Step 4
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Cook until eggs are just set, then serve hot. Enjoy!
