What will the program consist of?
The Ideal Protein Weight Loss 12 Week Program will consist of activities which include awareness, lifestyle change, and supportive policy/ environment. Depending on level of participation and program options selected, the activities in each area may include, but are not limited to:
a) Program Launch/Information Meeting
b) Initial One-on-One Coaching Visit (30 minutes)
c) Group Program Start Meeting (40 minutes)
d) Weekly Group Lunch and Learn (30 minutes – OPTIONAL)
e) Weekly One-on-One Coaching Visit (15 minutes)
